Wire transfers
Currently, wire transfers are supported by both small and large banks in Vietnam, necessitating the possession of bank accounts. Additionally, you’ll need to gather essential information about the money transferor, including the following details:
- Swift Code: This code, unique to each bank, serves to identify the sender’s bank globally.
- Bank Account Number: Specifically, HN Cinnamon’s bank account number is required.
- Recipient’s Name: Ensure that the recipient’s name matches the account holder’s name, without accents
- Phone number and Postal address: Contact details for the recipient, including the address (558 Quang Trung Street, La Khe, Ha Dong, Hanoi, Vietnam) and phone number (+84 961504190).
It is advisable to confirm the transaction with your bank, or you can contact Hoan Nghia Cinnamon at the provided phone number (+84 961504190) to prevent potential issues.
The wire transfer process typically takes 2 to 3 days, with an additional 3 to 4 hours required for the conversion from foreign currency to Vietnamese Dong (VND).
A notable advantage of money transfer and withdrawal via wire transfer is that the funds are maintained in USD, streamlining the payment process. However, it’s essential to be aware of the relatively high transfer fees, ranging from $30 to $50, depending on the withdrawal amount. This cost is attributed to the involvement of multiple banks in the transaction process.
Western Union and MoneyGram
Western Union and MoneyGram stand out as rapid choices for international money transfers. To facilitate these transactions, it is imperative to provide comprehensive information, including the names of both the sender and receiver, passport numbers, email addresses, and bank account numbers.
To finalize the transaction, it is mandatory to settle the remittance charge and dispatch the required amount through the specified method. Additionally, it’s crucial not to overlook the inclusion of the Hoan Nghia Cinnamon money transfer code, ensuring a smooth and secure processing of the transfer.
Paypal
Payments through PayPal are accepted via bank accounts, credit cards, or debit cards.
Third-party money transfers
For payments to Hoan Nghia Cinnamon in Vietnam, proper identity and adherence to general regulations are necessary, and your partner or friend must provide this information on your behalf.
Payment policy for contractual purchases exceeding $20,000 USD
For orders surpassing $20,000, a formal purchase order is required.
Commercial representative
We advocate for money transfers to be facilitated through a third-party legal-commercial representative. In this arrangement, our company and customers engage with an authorized individual who acts as the intermediary for services.
This practice is governed by Vietnamese law, specifically under Clause 11 Article 3 of the Commercial Law 2005. Furthermore, it aligns with legal frameworks in Anglo-American law, where it corresponds to the concept of Agency, as well as in French law, known as Agent Commercial, and German law, referred to as Absazmittler.
Opting for this payment method offers several advantages. Firstly, it serves to mitigate risks and ensures mutual benefits for both parties during price negotiations. The intermediary in this arrangement is required to be a merchant with an independent legal status separate from the service provider and a third party, enhancing the security of the product.
This approach streamlines the agreement process in sales contracts, allowing the two involved parties to swiftly reach consensus and conduct transactions with increased security and confidence.
L/C, or letter of credit
To initiate a Letter of Credit (L/C) payment, a financial institution’s signed conditional payment commitment, typically a bank, is required to be presented to the recipient of the L/C. In this process, Hoan Nghia Cinnamon assumes responsibility for the following:
- Submission of Prescribed Documents: Presenting the set of documents in accordance with the specifications outlined in the L/C.
- Demonstration of Fulfillment Obligations: Providing evidence that Hoan Nghia Cinnamon meets the duty to provide goods or services within the specified timeframe stipulated in the L/C.
- Timely Delivery and Document Preparation: Fulfilling the documents sent to the distributing bank or designated bank and presenting the complete set of documents to the issuing bank or nominated bank within the stipulated time in the credit, for payment.
- Additional Information as Required: Responding to the bank’s L/C request by supplying mandatory information concerning the contract between the two sides. This includes details such as draft, commercial invoice, payment of lading, coverage documents, origin certificate, goods name, amount, pounds, containers, and other relevant content.
It’s noteworthy that L/C payments are processed exclusively through banks ranked within the top 30 globally. In particular, Vietcombank serves as the primary banking partner for Hoan Nghia Cinnamon in executing these financial transactions.
