Its production capacity is from 2,000 to 4,000 tons of high-quality Vietnamese split cinnamon SC1 annually. The factory’s raw materials come from large areas of cinnamon trees which are 15 to 20 years old, each hectare can generate 12 to 17 tons of cinnamon barks.

Cinnamon inner barks will be washed with clean water, cut into smaller pieces whose length is from 30 to 45 cm, then dried until its humidity drops to about 12%. Typically, Vietnamese split cinnamon SC1 is packed in carton boxes to ensure it is not broken under pressure. Its color is dark brown with a delightfully unique cinnamon flavor and aroma. Its physical appearance is not in a round shape, but more like long, thin slices of cinnamon barks. Since this product has a lower essential oil content than tube or stick cinnamon, its commercial price is also significantly cheaper, making it even more accessible to a larger group of consumers.
